Convention Registration

You can either print the Call to Convention forms, fill them out and mail them in, or complete the form below if you intend to attend.
To facilitate accounting, provide the name on the card you are using for payment in the field indicated. Also, due to vendor payment limitations, you will need to calculate your totals manually, they do not pass the totals across automatically.

Are you a first-time attendee?
If so, and you have difficulty with covering the cost for the convention, consider downloading and filling out the Sophie Wilson Scholarship form, deadline May 15 or fill the form out which is also included in the Call to Convention forms and submitting it first as it will cover the registration fees. Afterwards, come back and submit the registration form (online or via US mail) based upon the response you receive.
